SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand unexpected changes can arise, and we value the commitment and support of our sponsors and exhibitors. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, planning a successful 2026 Value of Biogas East (VoB East) Conference requires significant coordination and resources. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

Refund Eligibility and Deadlines

  • Cancellations received on or before December 30, 2025 (more than 90 days prior to VoB East) will qualify for a full refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $100.
  • Cancellations received on or before February 27, 2026 (more than 30 days prior to VoB West) will be refunded 50% of total amount paid.
  • No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received on or after February 27, 2026 (less than 30 days prior to VoB West).
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
