2027 Value of Biogas East offers a complete exhibitor expo. Each exhibitor space is 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep, with an 8-foot high backwall and 3-foot-high sidewalls. All exhibitor spaces come with a 6-foot-long skirted table, two chairs and electricity (for plugging in electronics) free of charge.

SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand unexpected changes can arise, and we value the commitment and support of our sponsors and exhibitors. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, planning a successful 2027 Value of Biogas East (VoB East) Conference requires significant coordination and resources. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

Refund Eligibility and Deadlines

• Cancellations received on or before January 26, 2027 (more than 90 days prior to VoB East) will qualify for a full refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $100.
• Cancellations received on or before March 26, 2027 (more than 30 days prior to VoB East) will be refunded 50% of total amount paid.
• No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received on or after March 27, 2027 (less than 30 days prior to VoB East).
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
