2026 Value of Biogas West offers a complete exhibitor expo. Each exhibitor space is 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep, with an 8-foot high backwall and 3-foot-high sidewalls. All exhibitor spaces come will a 6-foot-long skirted table, two chairs and electricity (for plugging in electronics) free of charge.

SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand unexpected changes can arise, and we value the commitment and support of our sponsors and exhibitors. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, planning a successful 2026 Value of Biogas West (VoB West) Conference requires significant coordination and resources. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

Refund Eligibility and Deadlines

  • Cancellations received on or before July 7, 2026 (more than 90 days prior to VoB West) will qualify for a full refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $100.
  • Cancellations received on or before September 5, 2026 (more than 30 days prior to VoB West) will be refunded 50% of total amount paid.
  • No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received on or after September 6, 2026 (less than 30 days prior to VoB West).
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
