Come visit Lulu Island, British Columbia’s first RNG Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Located in Richmond, Lulu Island is considered to be one of the province’s most advanced wastewater treatment plants. This two-hour tour will provide attendees with the chance to see the WWTP’s secondary system treatment with trickling filter/solids contact process, as well as the recently installed water-based biogas scrubbing technology.
