Biogas Facility Tour
The 2026 Value of Biogas East Conference provides you with the opportunity to tour Generate Upcycle’s London AD & Biogas Plant. CBA is offering the tour Tuesday March 31st from 9:00am – 4:30pm. Note that space is limited.
Note this registration is ONLY for the Tour (registration for the conference is separate)
Buses for the Tour will leave and return to the Westin Harbour Castle at the allotted time. Spaces on the Tour will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for the Tour is $150 + HST. Registration will include bus transportation to and from the facilities and lunch will be provided.
Generate Upcycle London Anaerobic Digester & Biogas Plant
Generate Upcycle owns and operates a commercial anaerobic digester (AD) and biogas plant in London, ON, that produces RNG from municipal SSO and ICI organics. The London AD plant processes organic waste from some of Ontario’s largest municipalities. The plant can process up to 225,000 tonnes of organic waste per year from small distributors, food processors, and large manufacturers, and produce 832,000 GJ of RNG. The plant produces a liquid digestate that is a Canadian Food Inspection Agency-registered organic fertilizer and used on local Southwestern Ontario farms.
